 The Big-O is a mountain bike charity event to raise funds for Ovarian Cancer Canada. This year in Canada, 17,000 women are living with the disease, some 2,600 women are newly diagnosed and sadly 1,750 will die. Until a reliable early detection test is discovered awareness about the signs and symptoms is our best tool for improving survival rates. Ovarian Cancer Canada is the only organization in Canada dedicated to overcoming this disease and thanks to your support; we will continue to move closer to our goal.
